Avalanche

Speaking in reaction to the avalanche in Revelstoke over the weekend, The BC Minister of Public Safety, Kash Heed says he doesn't want to prohibit snowmobiles on provinical land.

Heed says they are working at extending existing rules around backcountry usage instead of cutting people off.Meantime. The wife of a man killed, wants to know why the extreme snowmobiling event her husband attended went ahead despite avalanche warnings.
